That’s why every pair of Aura earplugs is backed by our One-Year Limited Warranty.

If your LUMENEARZ Aura malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect or experiences a glitch in the LED system or charging functionality, we’ll make it right. We’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you—just cover the return shipping of the defective unit if needed.
